t Flamingo English Language Learning Centre, we offer both morning English Pre-School Programs (for 2-4 year olds) and afternoon English programs (for children of all ages) in a specially designed learning environment for children, conveniently located in West Jakarta. The Flamingo English Learning Centre Curriculum:

• Focuses on the developing and practicing the four language skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

• Comprehensively covers the English Language Syllabus of the Ministry of Education, Singapore in the Early Years, Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary years.

Some of the same students who began with our Head Teacher in the Primary 1 Program are now registered in their final year of the Secondary Program.

• Reading Programme – all students are initially “diagnosed” in their Reading ability and Reading strategies, and are placed in the Reading Programme which is a staged reading programme which firstly encourages the development of a reading hobby and secondly encourages the practice of reading strategies to help our students become more effective readers. The Reading Programme begins with short phonetic word readers and builds up though the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Levels. The Senior Levels focus on both Literary Classics along with Popular Novels. All students must be participating in the reading program as a condition of progression to the next level in their Language Programme here at Flamingo English Learning Centre.
